According to the Constitution we have the *legal right to protest* (the people he killed were NOT looting); according to the dictionary people who kill people are called *murderers*: and the people they kill are called *victims*. This judge should be removed from the case.
The judge in Kyle Rittenhouse's trial says lawyers cannot call the 2 people he killed "victims." Rittenhouse killed 2 people and wounded another with an AR-15 style weapon. The judge says "victim" is too "loaded" but will let lawyers call them "rioters, looters or arsonists."

He didn't murder them. Killing in self-defense isn't murder. Get a better dictionary.

I think the victims need to be tried and convicted of being "Rioters, Looters or Arsonists" before they can be labeled that in any Court of Law! ...

they were both attacking Rittenhouse, so assumedly he was the victim.

Mw, as you say, a "legal" right to protest. When participants act illegally by shutting down roads, highways, act as gangs, mobs, disrupt other law abiding citizens, then they are law breakers. Too many want to excuse the "victims" & convict the charged without evidence & datum.

I hope the prosecutors calm them protesters.
White on the money! White on the money!

This is pretty standard in self-defense cases. It’s also common for the judge to bar the defense from using terms like “rioters” UNLESS the defendant has prior knowledge of those criminal acts. Kyle most certainly did, so fair game for the prosecution.

There are times I think I'm living in an alternate reality. Why not just go the whole way and accuse his victims of stealing his bullets?
