According to the Constitution we have the *legal right to protest* (the people he killed were NOT looting); according to the dictionary people who kill people are called *murderers*: and the people they kill are called *victims*. This judge should be removed from the case.

The judge in Kyle Rittenhouse's trial says lawyers cannot call the 2 people he killed "victims." Rittenhouse killed 2 people and wounded another with an AR-15 style weapon. The judge says "victim" is too "loaded" but will let lawyers call them "rioters, looters or arsonists."

Ashli was a legal protester on J6. Capitol Police lawsuit says Congress removed security and ordered them to stand down. (no *roll call*, unusual assignments, no briefings, no equipment, no back-up support..) How would you label Ashli and people that removed security.

Based on video I saw, they were coming at him with a pointed gun, and killing in self-defense isn’t “murder” - and this court case is exactly how we’re supposed to determine whether his actions were “murder” (per the Constitution, which supersedes the dictionary in this case).

You should consider retracting this statement about Kyle. In fact it should have never been made before the trial even started. Unless the jury is a biased as you he will be acquitted. Kyle was his own best defense. These are the people who attempted to kill him.
