I believe abortion is a moral issue but it’s a moral decision that should be decided by the individual woman and not by the government. Outlawing abortions will hardly decrease their numbers, it will simply invite back the scourge of botched abortions by which so many women died

That, and it also leads to criminalizing miscarriages.

And its a separation of church and state issue.

Yes. Favoriting w/a heart doesn’t seem right. But what you said is basically what I gently responded 2my beloved yet very conservative -now passed- ordained Lutheran pastor grandfather. Many decades ago. A man of who didn’t hold opinions back, he quietly turned & walked away.

I've been close to people through abortion..most don't regret it...but THEY DO REGRET not having enough wisdom and morality at the time. If we are to make society a better place it starts by promoting good values in society over MATERIALISTIC NARCISSISM, not by outlawing the end.

Hardly breaking news.

The pro choice movement will never win the moral argument because women are killing life. Birth control pill and morning after pill should be cheap and available. Women need to be more responsible.

Something moral about what rights you have to your whole body. The privacy of your medical history. Sounds familiar to another issue. Hypocrites

When an embryo is older than 12 weeks, it is actually able to feel pain. Should we not protect that unborn life, or at least make sure that abortion does not amount to torture of the unborn life? Are we not responsible for that as a society?

It’s a woman’s right to choose!

Agree but IMO only purely moral decision for those using abortion as sole means of b.c. IMO, I see economic decision (class mobility, poverty, education opportunity). Penal decision (rape). Health decision (risks in pregnancy). Legal decision (no child support or co-parent duty).
