The repeal of Roe v. Wade - and for all intents and purposes that’s what we’re headed for - will have deep & painful effects on this society. It will add a layer of stress & anxiety to the lives of millions of people at a time when more stress & anxiety is the last thing we need.

Roe v Wade was a bad decision. The right to abortion is NOT in the Constitution. If you want it, legislate it

Overturning Roe v Wade will simply make abortion a state issue, to be regulated by the states. Just like we regulate all other acts of violence. There will be plenty of blue states where people will still be free to kill their babies.

It will also cause women, & men who respect women, to rise up in mass. The Republicans have really crossed the line here & awoken a sleeping giant. This will not stand. They have energized Democrats more than they realize & it will backfire.

That only applies to White Women not Black Women. The only reason this issue keeps coming up is that White people are losing their race due to the mixture of all the other races.

It will allow unwanted humans to have a chance to live and maybe one of them will grow up to save humanity?

neither Roe or Casey affirmed the right as absolute and each set limits, trimester for the former and viability for the latter. and abortions are as much a source of deep pain as they are a remedy. people scoff at abstinence but it's free, 100% effective, & gives full autonomy.

I no longer question the decline of American capitalism into authoritarian feudalism BUT wonder why the true Western democracies of the world aren’t looking at us as a cautionary tale & instead seem to be heading down this road with us?

And after Roe v Wade. They’ll take Women’s voting rights away again….Back to the ice age.

Do you or anyone else have any idea as to why multiple Republican senators periodically tweet Bible verses (I count at least 4)? It seems to me there's something sacrilegious in any politician masquerading as a religious figure. Notably, I do not think Warnock does this.
