Dads for the win!
After 23 students were arrested in 3 days at a Louisiana high school over fights, a group of fathers created Dads on Duty: 40 dads who take shifts at the school.
There hasn't been zero incident at the school since the dads showed up.
This is an EXAMPLE of lack of leadership in Louisiana schools.Often their principles and school board NEGLECT their needs.Using the no tolerance but LACK OF EMPATHY.Kids in Louisiana aren’t NOT heard.Thanks Dads!
This is definitely cool, but not a great endorsement for public schools--depending on parents actually being present in school in order to stop kids from committing crimes there.
