At $3.5T to be spent over ten years, Biden’s “Build Back Better” plan is $350B a year. Manchin, Sinema, McConnell etc consider it “exorbitant spending” - but agree to more than twice that - $780B in defense spending each year - without batting an eye.

This is why Americans should #DitchDC. We should focus at state and local levels. We can pass state based single payer healthcare,decriminalize/legalize drugs or pass a small UBI for examples. You won’t do these through D.C.

In Sports there's both Offense and Defense ... If you've got a great Offense ... Defense becomes easy ... the Offense I'm talking about is ... INVESTING IN PEOPLE ... to allow them to THRIVE!

I'm afraid it's over - Manchin and Sinema won. The $3.5 tril will likely not even reach $2 tril. And just to kick my depression and disgust into an even higher gear, how do things look for the 2022 elections? :/

Looking for Low & Middle Class people to be Recruited to the US Military, that is where the extra money is going to, but development of Nuclear Weapons which leads to #NuclearWar with Iran, China & Russia, plus need of 40 Million Troops in the end, War is a #DumpsterFire...

Counting beans for a living makes me question how is this all being paid for? It is a novel idea but rather then the ironic tax the rich AOC dress theater antics. I would need a forensic accountant to look over anything from this admin to sign off.
