At $3.5T to be spent over ten years, Biden’s “Build Back Better” plan is $350B a year. Manchin, Sinema, McConnell etc consider it “exorbitant spending” - but agree to more than twice that - $780B in defense spending each year - without batting an eye.

And this is why the US is in decline and will continue a slow downward spiral. Not enough good people left to bring it back up.

Let's start calling it War spending instead of defense spending. Because that is what it is.

$10B for no tuition community colleges was considered ridiculous, so what did they do? They passed it over to the Pentagon, which didn’t even ask for it and had already been given $750B..🤷🏻‍♂️ (Guess what? $10B isnt even “enough“ for 1 nuclear missile sub 🤦🏻‍♂️)

Trouble is, it’s not really defense, it’s mostly offense. We need to quit the warmongering and start taking care of ourselves.

B/c our collective defense is more important than far left pet projects

I think most of us know that it's not about the spending. It's about the way it affects Manchin's and Sinema's personal finances and those of their lobbyist partners.

Can’t believe you still support your democratic Marxist party. Thought Alana would’ve gotten through to you by now..
