A serious struggle already exists and it will only grow in intensity. One side is intent on saving an inherently unjust economic system, while the other side is intent on saving human civilization. We’ll see what happens.

I don’t see the struggle defined by a contest between the two major political parties. It’s a struggle between two perspectives on what’s most important in life.

your assumption is that Republicans don't value life or people. Because you have drunk the kool-aid that says Democratic ideas are the best and obviously most effective ideas. You're so in your bubble, it's a foregone conclusion to you.
