If they gave $2k/mo. til Covid ends, raised min. wage, passed Med4All, gave free college & cancelled the college loan debt, they’d be sailing to an easy victory. They’d rather lose then repair the fundamental economic injustice now built into the system. nytimes.com/2021/10/08/opini…

The only "victory" involved is in the context of class war. Whatever keeps the masses weakened & divided, & power in the hands of the owners is what's deemed victory. The #1 recipient of Big Pharma cash is J.B.. # 2: B.O. M4A? Uh..NO. That was a camPAIN promise from Joe!

It's hard to even know what it means to say "They'd rather lose" when that choice is being made for them by their corporate masters. And those corps make bank when the GOP rules as well. Probably do better than with the Dems, since they allow the dems to seem more progressive.

60-70% of the America population are in favor of everything you just listed. If we could vote on them right now, without Representatives, it would pass...

Covid will not end, so you're talking welfare for life. Giving free stuff is just buying votes. A radical idea would be for CEO's to earn no more than 10 times what their lowest wage employee makes. THAT would more fairly fix many of today's problems.

Are you out of your mind? 1st, if the gov sends my family of 4 & every other family of 4 $96k per year, it’s useless & artificial. It does nothing but result in inflation. 2nd I’m pretty sure NO ONE is currently paid min wage, if you are it’s your fault. (Cont’d)

Free community & state college. No loan forgiveness but Interest would be at virtually nothing & payments could be altered. In the 90s the irs took away the ability to put student loans on bankruptcy. They lost their minds.Ten years later they started asking for loan forgiveness

Why even do all that. May as well just snap our fingers and declare that student debt doesn’t exist and everyone has an extra $24k in their bank account? It’s equally practical.

Nothing on that list is going to repair any fundamental economic issues, it will just add a few more trillion onto the deficit.
