How about cutting the US military whose carbon footprint is larger than 140 countries combined . . . Of course, the IMF would never propose that, because the US military is their enforcement arm. Nah, just put the burden of paying for it on poor people.

You trust the criminal IMF? Nuclear energy is the future for all of humanity. Iraq, Libya, and Syria were developing. But their "crime" was that they were developing in a way that was moving away from the criminal international financial cartels.

Total BS. That figure is the amount we don't charge them for externalities. We don't give big oil any more tax breaks than other energy producers.
