The idea that using taxpayer money to support people in living lives of the greatest creativity and productivity means supporting an entitlement mentality among the poor, is an expression of the most outrageous entitlement mentality among the rich and powerful that I can imagine.

Or you could learn basic economics. Man acts in his perceived self interest in accordance with his time preference. Giving money to people outside of voluntary exchange causes unproductive behavior.

That is not basic economics, it is soulless nonsense posing as economic theory. Every human being is born with a God-given desire to create. Check your theory against any Montessori kindergarten.

Cycles of generational poverty, wealth gaps, and single parenthood have all increased in American communities since the advent of nationalized welfare amid the great society movement but somehow I鈥檓 heartless for looking at the economic realities instead of white lib feelgooderry

Those things did not happen because we helped people; Great Society programs helped to alleviate poverty, not exacerbate it. They happened because we started withholding help, with a massive transfer of wealth into the hands of 1% that began in 1980.

Basic economics is heartless. Don't study austrian economics or history or monetary policy, study crystals and energy! We can end poverty with more debt! Passing the buck to the poor and their future generations is called compassion!

I鈥檝e written 14 books and written hundreds of articles; find once where I mentioned crystals. I鈥檝e given thousands of talks and taught live & online classes; find once where I mentioned crystals. You鈥檙e not one to lecture me about fact-based analysis.
