Not only should insulin be affordable (or free), but food products filled with chemicals that we know cause diabetes should be heavily regulated. Our food system is as corrupt as our healthcare system.

Any food list would be controversial (insulin should be supplied… but people also need to be physically active…

Marianne..you are the country‘s Oracle of truth. I switched to Keto and now my blood levels are almost normal. I was so mad when l began to read the labels and ingredients in our food. The food industry is worse than the tobacco companies and l didn’t think that was possible!

The packaging on food for our animals is just deceptive. So very sad for people who think they're feeding their animals quality food, and it has poisonous corn, meal from diseased animals and byproducts. Not to mention carageenan. Thank you for YOUR awareness and spreading it.

I'd go as far as say they are in cahoots with each other.

Tax all forms of public harm. Companies that produce harmful products should be taxed to cover their societal externalities. That goes for pumping poison into the air to pumping processed sugar into people.

This begins by ending corn subsidies and moving them to hemp. Corn is mainly used for two purposes - HFCS and livestock feed. HFCS is the villain behind most diabetes and obesity, and corn fed meat is even worse for you than grass fed. The FDA has been allowing corps to kill us.
