Marianne you are smarter than this. Trump was fighting for the Constitution and against the fed govt as a nanny state. You have great ideas but stop the insanity and lies about Trump. Was he the role model everyone looks for? No.Didn’t claim to be. But he was right for the moment

The entire thing Marianne. He believes in keeping the govt off our backs. It’s why the Const exists—as much as it establishes govt it more so is designed to protect people from it. The powers of the fed govt are expressly and strenuously limited by design.

He didn’t give power to “the people.” He gave power to the very very rich and to corporate interests. A tragic joke that people think he was there for them. I think even he realizes that.

Well not so fast Marianne. Again, thanks for the quick reply. My family are small business owners. Like extremely small. And the relief he provided to the large corporations provided small business and S-corps alike to benefit through scope of business and employment expansion.

I agree that the 2017 $2T tax cut, which gate 83 cents of every $ to the richest among us & to big corporations, also included middle class tax cuts that were good. I would repeal the tax cuts to the very rich and corporations, but keep in the middle class tax cuts.
