Yes and it’s starts at the funding stage of every startup. They must be required to pay a living wage,equal pay,a diversity and inclusion policy, and let everyone invest, or they shouldn’t get the funding. If we had required this when VC started, capitalism would not be so broken
No, capitalism can’t be salvaged. It needs to be abolished without exceptions or excuses.
