A thousand per cent.
Let's be clear. Climate change is causing devastating harm in the U.S. and around the world. Not to pass the $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill, which has unprecedented spending to cut carbon emissions, would be grossly irresponsible. We must pass this bill and save the planet.

Why do you agree with this 1000%? Before you claim global warming, please tell me ... How are you measuring the world's temperature? What's the world's temperature right now?

75% of the population without access to electricity live in sub-Saharan Africa. Poor African nations still rely on diesel generators for power. Forcing them onto unreliable wind/solar is a death sentence. You can't "trust the science" and oppose nuclear energy.

The $3.5 trillion is just the tip of the iceberg of what is actually needed to effectively combat climate chaos and the “double dip” deal has negated far too much of the real infrastructure needs

Bernie does not know what needs to be done. Few are really facing reality. Covid taught us how to clean the skies. Shut everything down but the essentials. Sports & entertainment must go on the backburner. And then let the scientists redesign how we live. youtube.com/4mkRFCtl2MI

Doesn't cost 3.5 trillion to transition to nuclear.

That legislation will do nothing to help. Only a socialist program can help overcome climate disaster.
