If Republicans were in charge and they were in this situation, they absolutely would get rid of the filibuster and pack the court. One party seems intent on undermining our democracy, and the other seems unwilling or unable to stop them.

They would pack the Court, but probably not get rid of the filibuster since they used it way too much and it adheres to their political ideology of being a dead weight on everyone.
