If Republicans were in charge and they were in this situation, they absolutely would get rid of the filibuster and pack the court. One party seems intent on undermining our democracy, and the other seems unwilling or unable to stop them.

Dems are unwilling to stop GOP because the 90% of Dems get money from the same sources as GOP. US has never had a "government for the people and by the people." Instead, it's "for the rich donors and by the rich donors."
