If Republicans were in charge and they were in this situation, they absolutely would get rid of the filibuster and pack the court. One party seems intent on undermining our democracy, and the other seems unwilling or unable to stop them.

Wow, Marianne, can I take you wayyyyy back in time to 2017 to 2018 when Mitch McConnell was presented the opportunity and didn't do it. I know, that was a lifetime ago

Dems are controlling opposition following a predetermined script so both parties get what they want aka the Republican agenda.

In the dems defense. They don't want 2b "painted" as "the mean party". Even if that means they allow the Cons to turn the U.S. into (the now) Afganistan
If you’re a billionaire/corporation and can buy government officials, why stop at one party and not buy them on both sides? It seems like that’s what happened and it’s like pro wrestling now…

Democrats may be working “behind the scenes” but we need them on the stage. We need them playing for keeps because the Republicans are destroying everything this country is supposed to stand for & everything the majority of voters want. Are we really just going to roll over? #SB8
