The money is for "additional submarines, planes and combat vehicles." Excuse me, for what? For where? For why? Not that we don't trust you guys or anything...

Correction: we're not stupid. But there's a difference between a "robust" military, & one that's twice as big as any other in the world yet clearly has no particular strategic success during three wars in a row. Does more to hurt us in relation to those countries than to help us.
