Restrictive abortion laws like the one just passed in Texas will not lower the rate of abortions. It will simply mean rich women get safe abortions while poor women will go back to the days of unsafe, dangerous, sometimes even fatal procedures.

Which would be the point of the exercise. When will people grasp that the Professional Class doesn't care how many poor people die and stop clinging to the delusion we can appeal to their collective conscience? We can either embrace our power or let them eliminate us.

You have failed to even attempt to explain why the change in the law would have that effect. It sounds like what you are saying is that poor women are too dumb to know when they are pregnant. I’m sure you wouldn’t admit that believing that in public, so go ahead and explain it.

most Republicans i know were ok w rare safe legal, but feminazis pushed it too far left w last mon abortion in demand up till birth, celebrating abortions, proud kf your abortion & being just disgusting humans. this is the pushback on that.
