Restrictive abortion laws like the one just passed in Texas will not lower the rate of abortions. It will simply mean rich women get safe abortions while poor women will go back to the days of unsafe, dangerous, sometimes even fatal procedures.

It also means the nextdoor app could be used for nefarious purposes. Like Pregwatch groups maybe looking for $10k bounties? Get your Venmo ready for settlements.
Why isn't there a simple law that applies to everyone? You are in charge of your own healthcare. No one else. Your decision.

Poor Texan babies,,, it’s sad when you’re annoyed that you can’t kill your own babies

Or we can create a society where abortion isn't needed, unless for medical reasons or rape victim, because there's a safety net for the baby & mom. Killing a baby for one's irresponsible behavior isn't humane nor should be normalized.

A human fetus is a human being🤷‍♂️. And there are known way to get an abortion without risking your life... just ask your local witches.

Under those very conditions, that has always been the case.

Lack of comprehensive sex education, not using birth control, men raping women causes more unwanted pregnancies which eventually leads to some women going for abortions. That's what Abbott should go after not banning abortions.

They didn't outlaw abortions, just medically safe ones. #BoycottTexas including sports, yes Football.
The class war continues… Rights, privileges, freedoms for the rich but not the poor. Isn’t this Brazil?
