I highly doubt this is the end of American experimentation in nation-building. We'll just move on to the next nation. The only thing that will stop this madness is a complete change in attitude from our politicians. Sadly, that hasn't happened. Yet.

I hope he made this clear to our masters in Jerusalem and to his wealthy Zionist donors in the US. After all, our treasure and youth are always expendable if Israel demands it!

Yes ... leaving Afghanistan perhaps made sense ... but the execution was poorly planned ... or wasn't planned at all!

What else does he need to say. Interventionism, whether neocon or Wilsonian, is total garbage. Nation-destruction is the task of the military, “nation-building” is not (and should never be).

only war hawks will need to hear more. millions of dead bodies strewn across asia and mid east because americans think its their duty to remake others. many will even say its for humanitarian purpose..while ignoring the humanitarian crises at home.

Notice he didn't say anything about covert regime change actions.

I think that's saying enough. Somebody needed to say it, somebody had to be the grown up, and there it is.
