Valid but they still did it so give them props.
Excellent, but it should not take a year. People are struggling right now. Everyone reading this needs to remember that $450 million is nothing to that company. HTTPS://www.reuters.com/busi…

I do, but let’s be very clear. It’s happening specifically because of the kind of pressure created by people complaining about starvation wages. This is not the time to let up. A lot of good things are happening now but they’re happening too slow; we need to be pushing for faster

You know what, I don't often agree with you, but thank you for answering. I still think companies are allowed to act in their best interest. Where I live you can walk into Amazon, Fed Ex and make $20 an hour to haul boxes. Responsibility is a 2 way street. Be well :)

Companies should be allowed to act in their own best interest just like you and me, but not at the expense of the well-being of workers and community (the “common good”). That’s the balance we have to strive for. Business should be a win-win, not an “I exploit you because I can.”

Do you think the vast majority of the laws of the land benefit workers? The platinum suits in that Exec wing are always gonna try to turn the screws, but workers here get a pretty good shake. There is also the free market(leave this job for a better one)
