Beyond belief.
The Koch family could literally pay the entire $20 billion to end homelessness in America & still be $13.4 billion richer than they were before the pandemic. Instead, they funded an effort to end the eviction moratorium that could throw millions out on the street. Greed kills.

Oh yeah it’s ALL the Koch Bro’s lol. Let’s remember this the next time you’re defending politicians ok? You know, the guys that make this possible?

The law exists for a reason. If our society worked only on our feelings, we wouldn't have made it as far as we have. Life is pain, struggle and over all shitty, but having a set of rules that we all follow creates a successful society.

Utility disconnections are resuming in many places too on AUG 30 forward. So add separation from electricity and running water to this mix.

Fail. "This horrifically designed and implemented program is the catastrophic result of a growing inattention to the functions of government...without proper implementation, laws are just words on paper." prospect.org/infrastructure/…

On the topic of money, who wants to take bets that the defense budget WILL NOT be reduced despite ending a needless war?!

$20 billion will not “end poverty in America”. Give me a break.

They are parasites of society. Bleeding us dry.

I see "X dollars to end homelessness" and man, it really can't just be that simple. $20B is a rounding error for the federal government. I struggle to believe that (relatively) small amount of money is the only thing standing between the world today and the end of homelessness
