1/ We don’t lack the geniuses or ideas or best practices that represent alternatives to the self-destructive ways we’re behaving now. We could do medicine differently, agriculture differently, education differently, economics differently, criminal justice differently…

But ma'am...What about the wealthy?? If we do things differently...the wealthy won't make billions anymore and how will we exploit American citizens if we do things differently 😳

We need a #wealthtax. But not every rich person is a greedy bastard. The problem isn’t that some people can make money; the problem is that not enough people get a chance to. One person’s wealth shouldn’t be gained at the expense of other people having a chance to get in the game

It was a sarcastic Comment .. I do agree that not all rich people are greedy ..but unfortunately the ones that are ..happen to have more power...and for the record, there is no point in taxing the rich if they are able to our about they're profits and dodge that say "wealth tax"

It’s true too many very high earners avoid paying taxes. That’s something Ro Khanna is trying to fix. But we also need a wealth tax, 2% over $50M and another 1% over $1B.

It won’t work perfectly. No law ever works perfectly. But that’s not a reason not to do everything possible to pass it.
