It's simple. Don't buy an iPhone. Vote with your pocket. It worked when Apple started using software updates to slow down old models and got caught doing it.

They already do this and best practice is to not bring a phone to protests considering if you're able to be ID'd the police or rabid conservatives might find and kill you within the next half decade. Check how many leaders from the Mike Brown BLM days are still alive today.

or Iphones automatically get recorded at or around criminal activity or reported disturbances or where known 'malcontents' are gathering...like theres a cloud the authorities can get an insta snap shop of everyone in that area at the time thats just id'ing phone not personal data
