I can't believe this is still going on ... we need to bring pressure on this administration ... they won't do it on their on ... I think they are somehow afraid of loosing votes!

So finally read about Donziger and the measure against him do seem to be a tremendous abuse of process. That Chevron has the power to silence the media and get a judge to assign their lawyers as prosecutor is scary.
