It doesn't ban them from the curriculum. Those topics are still there. They still have to be taught It just limits the power of the bill to only limit CRT.

Interesting, if true, since MLK Jr's "I Have a Dream" speech carries significant weight in illustrating how CRT is horribly racist. Republicans regularly cite that speech when arguing against CRT. This doesn't quite pass the "sniff test" for me. I suspect there's more here
