I think the rub Marianne is it feels like a false narrative on your part as well. How was this "improved life" achieved and maintained? Air strikes, causing more civilian casualties, driving more desperate angry people to Taliban. Justice is not achieved at the end of a gun.

#Kurdish anti-capitalism is completely antithetical to USA's economic & foreign policy. USA uses gender issues to enter a nation, then when in inevitable conflict when facing a fight against it's resource plunder economics, it logically has to fight the most gender equal people.
