Marianne,I’m deeply upset about the Afghan woman.Hell,I guess I’d let America be there forever.Hillary Clinton talked about this. However, you NEVER seem to miss a MOMENT to exploit something.

Ok, but what would you do when they violate said guarantee? Send troops back in; bomb them? Sounds nice but how would that be enforced?

Amen. That was my concern, the women, way before 9/11

You think bombs, destruction, mass murder and guarding oil wells and poppy fields are "saving women" 🤡 You're not as bright as you pretend to be—and have no concept of or respect for another country's sovereignty. I even wonder if you own shares in "defense" industry stocks

You don’t get to stage coups, invade, occupy, fund extremist militias, kill thousands & *literally* collect their skulls as souvenirs, then cry about women’s rights as if you care. You don’t get to be an American politician & make an impassioned moral statement about Afghanistan.

We'd have a better bargaining position if we had not invaded there in the first place, dropped FSM-maybe knows how many bombs, many of which hitting civilians who were not combative. We don't have any moral high-ground to stand on. What is the point of being part of the UN?
