Tolerance of systemic violence against women can’t be justified in the name of anti-imperialism, helping other human beings isn’t “a savior complex,” and leaving the most powerless & desperate people to fend for themselves in the hour of their agony isn’t political sophistication

Before we talk of violence against women in Afghanistan, lets talk of rapes taking place in America every 30 seconds. Before i finish typing a woman or two would have been raped in the USA

You voted for a rapist to be POTUS. You only care about violence against women insofar as you can use it as an excuse to massacre brown people.

Why are you parroting CIA propaganda? Are you proposing we make Afghanistan a colony? Another state? How much longer should we keep troops in that sovereign country? How many other countries should we invade to 'save' their women? Just stop.

Ok then head on down to the USMC recruitment office and get started on that.

This isn’t the first time you’ve tweeted your ignorance... I like you, but you’re a little naive.

You ran for U.S. President. Well, that explains your imperialism.

Afghanistan is actually several different nations crammed together. The Farsi/Dari speaking Tajiks and Hazaras don’t get along with Pashtuns. But the US doesn’t want to give Iran a natural ally so the Dari-speakers are sacrificed to the Pashtuns. It’s a horrible imperialist mess.
