2 systems interplay: the economic and political. When that economic system is unrestrained then yes it will always be destructive. Role of government is to restrain it on behalf of the common good, but because money has so poisoned the political system that’s not what’s happening

The systems incentive is for profit, if a regulation passes congress which affects businesses ability to make profit, they have the judiciary and K-Street to remedy it. As long as the incentive is for profit (which is what Capitalism is based on), nothing will ever change.

Sorry Marianne, there is only system. The system of money. That system births many branches. The concept of Money is the root of all that occurs. And it is a delusional belief system over empty space that harms and exploits people/planet.

it's the money, plain and simple, we need to remove the value of people from profit (prices and trade). Take away the power of money creation from banks as debt, instead create value as credit directly to people. We can still have prices and markets, but value is decoupled
