I don’t doubt that (and I rarely agree with you). The trick is how to make that transformation? Socialism won’t work...and we will wind up with hundreds of millions of deaths...and no transformation to “we”.

Constitution doesn't say "each and every man" (human), but "all men" (humans). That should be the starting point for understanding "life, liberty and pursuit of happiness". Those are not only individual rights.
