No generation before has so thwarted the dreams of its young. People should grow up feeling society is on their side & wants them to succeed. We should be making it easier not harder to get healthcare, easier not harder to get educated, easier not harder to have a shot at success

This is what happens when the wealthy, fully backed by the govt they purchased, are allowed to reinstall a feudalistic state where they no longer are content to profit by providing for society; they now seek to profit from society itself. Our healthcare, now our housing, etc

Somewhere during the boomer years, parents decided that they needed to compete against the younger generations, instead of helping them improve. But when each generation isn't better than the last, we have halted the advancement of our society, in the name of competition & greed.
