That is the small c conservative vision. It will come from the bottom up, with the assumption that life is messy, people aren't perfect, power should be diluted. Not from the false promise of utopia from politicians.

Yes. We have a local entrepreneur who raised wages at his coffee shop in Jefferson IA to 15 dollars an hour. There is a lot of conscience and Love there. Had 47 applicants too.
