I wouldn't throw all the water on it in one go and just hope it's enough, I would use the water sparingly to get it under control and give my neighbours time enough to bring more water.

I’d wait until I knew for sure that the house was going to burn to the ground. Why waste effort fighting a fire that might be a hoax?

no I would probably use the immense privilege afforded to me by my celebrity status & my gigantic platform to rally my 2.8 million followers & lead them in a massive nationwide campaign of sustained direct action designed to put the fire out once & for all
