As long as economics is our bottom line we will continue to destroy the environment, build more nuclear bombs and systematically hoard wealth in the hands of a few. It’s not naive to choose love instead. What’s naive is to think we will survive another hundred years if we do not.

What do nukes have to do with an economy?

Agreed: If we don’t live by love, we won’t survive. AND, it’s naive to think, when it comes to who’s running this world, that the buck stops at humans. Think outside the box about the problem, and ask for DIVINE LOVE for help with the solution: getwisdom.com/wp-content/upl…

Our current economic system is based on scarcity and profit. It's very difficult to build love and trust on those sorts of survival foundations.

Capitalism is based on the idea of profit, as long as that remains the end goal, nothing can ever change. And if you remove profit from the equation, it can no longer be called Capitalism. What we need is to move beyond the profit motive and that requires us to grow up.
