We can transition from a dirty economy to a clean economy and from a war economy to a peace economy, but the political status quo depends on our not doing that. The status quo will not disrupt itself; that's our job.

Well, Miss Williamson, you'll have to forgive my audacity, but I'm going to suggest that perhaps you're in the wrong party. I can't picture the Democrats addressing the power of the media to destroy lives through coordinated defamation. They benefit from it. They're a part of it
