Cal D's, please be sure to vote against recall. Don't assume Newsom is safe. 80% of registered Rs say they're certain to vote compared with only 55% of Ds and about half of I's. An R governor would have power to appoint a R senator, should need arise, and to gut Cal laws.

At this point, what's the point lol. We are headed toward losing several governorships and the house & Senate next year and the Democratic party is responsible for it. Seems like there's nothing we can do because there's nothing they're willing to do for us.

Can’t anyone just fly into Cali and vote against the governor? Shouldn’t the D’s make sure a bunch of evil R’s aren’t just flying in to cast their votes illegally. Considering what the Rs are trying to do elsewhere, the Ds have got to carefully evaluate each voter!
