This phrase makes me sad because it sound to me like, work hard and pray and live on hay because there will be pie in the sky when you die. Its hard to for a left candidate to catch on without bringing fire but the fire also brings negative ads material and the ads work.

Yeah, that's great...but we have short lives, so the 'long arc of history' is of very little comfort.

Two things happened today. They are related. They are trying to appease us and call me crazy… I don’t think it’s working.

I appreciate you trying to keep the spirits up but I'm more in a "justice delayed is justice denied" headspace.

What is "the moral universe"?

i guess this is true in the sense that we’re pretty close to wiping our own species off the face of the earth lol

It’s bending over and around the US. There will be no justice here without revolution. There’s no hope otherwise.

Maybe. But we are a long long way from justice. Our driver is ignoring safety needs. Cheats to stay in power seat. Believe they'll be dead already when the bills come do. #GeneralStrike

In a long enough arc the moral universe tends towards a state of maximum entropy same as the rest of the universe. I guess that could be called justice of a sort but it seems rather cold. Sort of like an empty platitude about how it will surely get better in the future.
