Affordable rents now! Rents should be available for all incomes. Where do they base these rents from? The wealthiest. So many homeless already I’ve watched it grow for more then 20 years it’s not getting better but worse. We need rent control or rental help for low income. Sad!
Housing may be a human right, however, it is not right for the government to take privately owned property, (which is also an American right) and force those owners to provide the housing without compensation. As a society we need to figure out how to protect both rights.
