There IS a difference. The infrastructure bill does a lot, from universal pre-K to extending child tax credit to paid family leave to providing child care. And there are Democratic House & Senate members who would go much further if the president and other members were willing.

Totally agree. However, it all comes down to the goodwill of Biden and the other Democratic House and Senate members so that everything good in the infrastructure bill materializes and does not remain just as a good intention.
