Wanna get this straight. US military can behave however it wants & the people get no oversight whatsoever & if anyone tries to hold them accountable for abuses or atrocities then that person is likely to get charged with the Espionage Act & thrown in prison? Asking for a friend.

Yes and also, the military contaminates the earth more than any other sector. It leaves superfund sites in its path. Also they are greedy and use private contracts as a slush fund for cronies. The bomb and their buds make $ building it back. #endthemilitaryindustrialcomplex

That summary pretty much nails it. On top of that we have dumped trillions of dollars into useless military adventurism that has caused great harm to millions of people. Imagine if instead that money had been used developing and deploying solutions to the #ClimateCrisis
