Wanna get this straight. US military can behave however it wants & the people get no oversight whatsoever & if anyone tries to hold them accountable for abuses or atrocities then that person is likely to get charged with the Espionage Act & thrown in prison? Asking for a friend.

If you expose America's UAV civilian murder program you go to prison. No one is allowed to blow the whistle on civilian murder. If you do, they make sure to send a message to anyone else thinking about doing the same.

What time frame are you talking about and what are the stats on convictions of US military personnel for abuses or atrocities in that time frame?

If you're asking the US military, why wouldn't they want it that way?

Two of the institutions where the most sexual abuse occurs (U.S. Military and the Catholic church) get away with just about all of it. In the case of the military, they even get lawmakers to fund them instead of investigate and arrest them.
