Even Adam Smith said “free market capitalism cannot exist outside an ethical context.” What is amoral leads to immoral consequences. What is called the free market today - soulless and unethical - too often means freedom for far too few at the expense of freedom for far too many.

At it's core capitalism is just repackaged feudalism where a few Overlords own the playing field upon which everyone else is tied to like sharecroppers/independent contractors to grow their wealth. Lord Bezos would be an example.
