I read an article in the New York Times today by an establishment pundit who says he has a problem with the child tax credit because it doesn’t. come. with. any. work. requirements.

The Dems are dismal/venal! Worse than the Repugs because they are neolib/neocon hypocrites. I pray Dante's circle of hell is spot on!

How about we have a steep inheritance tax otherwise we face the ‘moral hazard’ of giving money away with no work requirements? I wish these people would even try to be consistent but they rely on our goldfish like retention span.

Funny we could apply the same principles to members of Congress 🤔 They get paid with no work requirements 🤨

What is wrong with people? It’s just so irritating! That’s not welfare! Freaking people and not caring about anything. #MindYourOwnBusiness #MindYOURBackyard

The pundit might not know that providing support for people who are raising children is actually an important national investment in the future of the nation; so how do pundits get to be pundits?

March 25, 1911: Tranle fire Manhattan, NY. 129 perished; mostly women (mothers). The youngest were Kate Leone and Rosaria Maltese, both 14. 58 jumped to their death on the sidewalk below. Mostly, they were working to feed their impoverished children. End disaster capitalism!

Guess he could hire a nanny and avoid all tasks related to raising a child.
