Sadly, many people think what needs to be said is to call other people "ignorant" and worse. Change happens through education and persuasion, and if people think name calling is what needs to be said, then change won't happen, a loss to us all.

Also, don't fear what needs to be said and say it. Change doesn't happen if we fear to say what we are thinking.
