Our greatest natural resource is the brain of a child before the age of five. The most powerful thing we could do to turn America around over the next 20 years would be to massively front end our resources in the direction of prenatal and early childhood wellbeing and education.

Leave the kids alone. Our biggest crime is indoctrination of those innocent minds. Let me discover and interpret the world naturally.

If a child is subjected to a major emotional trauma during the most vulnerable first 4 years of it's life, it will carry the injury for the rest of it's life. That's why economic security and less stress in the Family's life is important.

We should be preparing Children not for the university but for the universe.

As long as we can agree that "wellbeing" doesn't come from a drug company.

Yes! Free public childcare available starting at birth. Free, actually healthy breakfast and lunch for everyone in public schools/childcare. Child UBI at half the poverty line (on that line for every adult eventually). Increase the salaries of all public teachers/caregivers.

Natural Resource sounds a smidgen bit better than calling any person a Human Resource, but in the end looking at any human being simply as a resource is sort of what's got us all caterwauling along to the worst song of all and that would be singing the capitalist blues.

If a child is abused in that age group, they likely suffer from it for a lifetime. Terrible.

As of now I’d say home school. Sports for interaction. Have their friends over to your house, and be the “cool parents “

The first five years... Moms should be able to stay home from birth, minimum 3 yrs. Women want to keep involved in their field could do work from home, poss fewer hours. Smarter kids just from interacting with mommy. Children thrive on human touch; teachers banned frm any touch.
