Cuban Sanctions serve a right-wing divide and conquer agenda. The intent is to destabilize a sovereign nation by bringing it to its knees in hopes that it’s inhabitants feel the primal fears of cornered dogs and begin a mutiny. It’s textbook American doctrine. Why act surprised?
