We have the geniuses we need to turn everything around in time, providing alternative possibilities in everything from poverty to climate change. Our problem is an economic and political system that distrusts and rejects real problem-solving unless it produces corporate profits.

We are not able to solve any big problems: Illegal immigration. Wealth inequality. Reducing global carbon emissions. Universal healthcare. The exception was Operation Warp Speed and vaccine rollout. But, to your point, that was about getting the economy running again.

Politicians are incentivized to maintain the status quo. Their biggest $upporters bask in the status quo. They disrupt that at their peril.

Once we have a UBI, there'll be no limit to what we can do. We will fix our problems & enter a Golden Age. No longer distracted or driven by the race for capital because we are no longer obstructed by the lack of capital, we'd be able to live & grow freely for the first time.

Theyll only accept real problem solving if it's crippling the infrastructures the economists/ politicians have insulated themselves within and thrive under, take Covid for example. Everything moved at warp speed from vaccines to data acquisition because routine was threatened
